I can honestly & openly say, that in all my years and love of dancing, yoga, meditation and therapy, I have never felt so free of mind and more deeply connected to myself and my body than I have done over this past 9 months. The more I embrace this practice, the more I fall in love with it as both willing participant, releasing and expressing and humble teacher transforming and I truly hope I will do it justice and be able to help others as deeply as I have felt and experienced myself.
